At ProNurture Group Ltd, our leadership team is more than professionally qualified – we are personally invested. With a combined 40+ years of experience across health and social care, business management, and community service, our leaders bring both clinical insight and heartfelt understanding to every decision we make.
Our team includes:
- A dedicated social worker with a strong foundation in safeguarding, advocacy, and holistic support
- A general nurse with hands-on experience in community and acute care
- Two Mental health nurses who offer psychological expertise and compassionate care in complex situations
But what truly sets us apart is our lived experience. Members of our leadership team have personally walked the path of caregiving – supporting a mother through stroke recovery and an ageing father living with dementia. These intimate journeys have shaped our values, deepened our empathy, and sharpened our understanding of what families truly need.
