Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we welcome individuals who bring compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to support others. All new team members receive full training, so no prior qualifications are required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Caring, sensitive, and respectful individuals
- Self-motivated, reliable, and well-organised
- Flexible availability—mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- A valid driver’s licence
- A mature attitude and a good sense of humour
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to high standards of care
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing care and support within clients’ homes
- Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and medication
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Promoting independence and wellbeing in the community
