Even though ProNurture is focused on home care rather than crisis training, you can still showcase your strengths and assurance:
- All carers undergo mandatory training (e.g. manual handling, safeguarding, first aid).
- Ongoing refresher training and supervision.
- Staff are DBS-checked, vetted, and referenced.
- We follow Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and standards for home care services. (Once registered, your inspection reports will be visible via CQC. You can explain you are in the registration process now.)
- We use feedback, audits, and outcome tracking (e.g. satisfaction surveys, review meetings) to monitor our standard of care.
